Fantastic news for S. Conley Sales! We officially have an office in Westminster with Rich Thompson. Rich started with S. Conley Sales late in 2015, completed training at headquarters in Bozeman and has now opened our first Colorado office. Rich has come to us with a background chockfull of local HVAC expertise and understanding. This includes working for a local Mechanical Engineering firm, Control Contractor and HVAC rep agency. We love having Rich on our team, leading the charge in Colorado, and look forward to building upon our successes in this market. Rich’s goal is to execute our company philosophy of understanding what is you need and then striving to be the best at providing it to you as our customer.
Rich will be focused on the JCI/York product line in northern Colorado, southern Wyoming, and the panhandle of Nebraska. JCI/York brings product strength and knowledge from Mag Bearing Centrifugal Chillers and Custom Air Handling Units, to a full line of new products to fill owners/engineers project requirements. JCI has been acquiring world-class and worldwide manufacturers over the last several years and incorporating them into their offering. Please see everything JCI has to offer here.
He will also be focused on all of Colorado to further introduce Critical Room Control, (CRC). We have already had our first introductory round of local presentations with owner Kieran Donahue. S. Conley Sales has installations at CSU and UW with best in class energy, controls, and integration for the critical spaces in buildings. If you’re a facility engineer, design engineer, contractor and owner of any critical space we want to share this solution for your lab, OR, isolation suite, clean room, vivarium, etc. CRC’S unique patented air flow measuring valve along with their fully integrated touchscreen interface devices are changing the way spaces are designed and used. Owners such as UW, CSU, Mayo Clinic, Stanford University are saving thousands of dollars on energy, integration and maintenance; all while preserving the safety of the people and protecting the integrity of the process.
Please see everything that CRC has to offer here. Also, see below for some testimonials on projects in this territory:
“We installed several CRC Valves as part of a constant volume to variable volume lab conversion. The valves and room controllers are able to provide the airflows we needed to maintain as the space load and fume hood demands vary. We are also seeing more energy savings than anticipated when comparing building operational data before and after the retrofit.”
Andrew Costinett, Mechanical Engineer, CSU
“The University of Wyoming has used CRC valve system on two large retrofit projects and we are slated to have them installed in a new engineering research facility. We were initially sold on the low pressure requirements and the BACnet MSTP protocol and after two years of service we are impressed with the access to customize parameters and control. We are in the process of quantifying energy savings with the initial results being very significant.”
Frank Barrows, PE, Facilities Engineering, University of Wyoming
